Payment Terms

1. PolyQuesting Premium

PolyQuesting Premium unlocks access to all 37+ premium quizzes, icebreaker activity decks, conversation card decks, consent agreement tools, and removes usage limits on the free tier.

Pricing is in US dollars. Subscribers outside the US are billed in USD; your bank or payment processor applies any applicable currency conversion fees.

2. Free Trial

New Premium subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. During the trial period:

• You have full access to all Premium features
• You will not be charged until the trial ends
• If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged — no credit card charge occurs
• If you do not cancel, your subscription begins at the end of the trial and your payment method is charged $10.00

The free trial is our try-before-you-buy window. It is offered once per user. Creating a new account to claim an additional free trial is a violation of our Terms of Service.

3. Billing and Auto-Renewal

PolyQuesting Premium is a recurring monthly subscription. By subscribing, you:

• Authorize Here I'M Ideas LLC (via Stripe) to charge your payment method $10.00/month on a recurring basis
• Acknowledge that your subscription automatically renews each month on the same date as your subscription start date (or nearest equivalent for shorter months)
• Understand that renewal charges occur unless you cancel before the renewal date

You will receive a receipt from Stripe for each successful charge. If a charge fails, Stripe will retry it according to their standard dunning schedule. If the charge cannot be collected, your Premium access may be suspended until payment is resolved.

4. What's Included in Premium

• Access to all premium quizzes (BDSM, Kink, Poly, Relationship, Self-Discovery categories)
• Full access to all Icebreaker Activity Decks
• Full access to all Conversation Starter Card Decks
• Consent Agreement (BDSM Contract) tools — unlimited
• D/s Dynamics Tracker (relationship power dynamics tracking and logging)
• Removal of free-tier quiz take and game session limits
• No house ads
• Premium badge on your profile

The specific features included in Premium may change over time. We may add features to Premium at no additional cost, or we may introduce new tiers in the future. Existing subscribers are not automatically upgraded to new, separately priced tiers.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. There is no cancellation fee.

• How to cancel: Go to your account settings → Subscription → Cancel
• Alternatively, email support@polyquesting.polsia.app with "Cancel Subscription" in the subject
• Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period
• You retain full Premium access through the last day of the period you've paid for
• After the period ends, your account reverts to the free tier — you keep your data and profile

6. Refund Policy

We do not issue refunds or credits for:

• Partial billing periods (e.g., cancelling mid-month)
• Unused Premium features
• Subscriptions that were not cancelled before the renewal date
• Accounts suspended or terminated for violations of our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines

The 7-day free trial exists specifically so you can experience Premium before any charge occurs. If the service doesn't meet your needs, cancel during the trial.

Exceptions: We reserve the right to issue refunds at our sole discretion in cases of billing errors (duplicate charges, incorrect amounts) or extraordinary circumstances. Contact support@polyquesting.polsia.app if you believe you were charged in error.

7. Price Changes

We may change the subscription price in the future. If we do:

• We will provide at least 30 days' advance notice to current subscribers via email
• The new price will take effect at your next renewal date after the notice period
• If you do not agree to the new price, cancel before your next renewal date

8. California Auto-Renewal Disclosure

Pursuant to California Business and Professions Code §17600 et seq.: Your PolyQuesting Premium subscription will automatically renew on a monthly basis at $10.00/month (or the then-current rate) and your credit card or payment method will be charged unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by emailing support@polyquesting.polsia.app. Cancellation will prevent future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

9. Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. PolyQuesting does not store your full card number, CVV, or bank account details. Stripe's privacy policy and terms apply to payment data: stripe.com/privacy

Accepted payment methods: Major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, and any other methods offered by Stripe at checkout.

10. Disputes and Questions

For billing questions, incorrect charges, or cancellation assistance:

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback. We can usually resolve billing issues faster than the card dispute process.

These Payment Terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina and are subject to the arbitration agreement in our Terms of Service.
